3. Writing

There are two tasks in the two types of tests that get attempted for the IELTS writing module.

Academic Writing

Task 1 - There will be a table, graph, chart, or diagram, and you will be required to describe and summarize the information in your words.

Task 2 - Write an essay responding to the point of view, argument, or problem.

General Writing

Task 1 - There will be a situation, and you will have to write a letter, either explaining or requesting information. It may be personal, semi-formal, or formal in style.

4. Speaking

There are 3 parts to this test:-
